My iphone was cracked on both screen they have just fixed it and now the back screen got cracked again but it didnt fall or anything, why did this happen? does someone know? help please!

If you have warranty then exchange it..may be phone is faulty.

My bf used to fix phones but from what I remember it could have cracked if the screws were tightened too much after screen was replaced.
