Hey... I've recently been getting them in my forehead too. I was at my doctors yday and it's the same as always hormonal acne. So no matter what you use they'll come back so make sure it's not hormonal for you too :)

I read that sugar, caffeine, and dairy products can cause acne (if your face products aren't doing anything for you). It's not good to use every day, but 10% benzyol peroxide cream clears them up fast. Also you can check if all your skin care and cosmetic ingredients are causing acne at cosdna.com it analyzes every ingredient in any product and most products are already listed on there w/their ingredients.

Maybe try apple cider vinegar for a toner at night. I know it has helped me a lot and didn't cause loads of acne. From your skin care routine it kinda looks like you're not using a good moisturizer. You might want to invest in a heavy duty non acne moisturizer because zits some love too. Hope this helped;) good luck girle!!

Usually hormonal acne is around the jaw but it might be worth going to a dermatologist. Personally I feel like you're using too much on your face during the week which might me causing this or aggravating it. Try to use the same things everyday. Cleansers, toner, moisturizer. If you want to exfoliate try only doing it once a week. Try not to do all these masks on your face. Limit yourself to only 1 but I recommend giving your skin a break and don't use any. I found my skin would breakout because I was always using different things on my face. Also have you been diagnosed with having acne? Most people that have blemishes don't actually have acne and should therefore not be using products specifically for acne prone skin. salicylic acid and witch hazel are actually quite harsh on your skin. I'm actually allergic to salicylic acid, and witch hazel can break people out unless it's very diluted. I recommend trying out Simple Skincare's products.

Thank you! I'm defo giving all these things a break! I don't usually hav spots just the occasional one until now! I only started with the harsh products when I broke out bad atm, I'm not sure if its hormonal but I did start bc after I had a baby so thought maybe it was to do with all the hormones. I have a simple face wash and the light moisturiser so going to just use them and leave out all the rest as its clearly not helping. X
