Just use any eyeshadow you have that matches your eyebrow color! Thats what I do.

Urban decay brow box. I really screwed up my eyebrows when I was a kid and they still need to be filled in a little to this day. I tried pencils and everything and other powders, nothing compares. My friends use it to do full obviously drawn on brows but I use it for natural looking filling in and it works perfectly for both. It lasts so long, had mine for almost a year, everyday use and it looks like I've barely even touched it. It's my holy grail makeup item, everything you'd ever want from a brow kit.

The Milani one is a great drugstore alternative but if you're willing I HIGHLY recommend benefit Browzings it's my fave so far.

ELF studio eyebrow kit 3$ I got mine at the dollar store and it works amazzzing! Just make sure you get your color because mine is light and the powder is too light for me they didnt have the darker ones
