Have you used leave in coditioner. That may works since it looks pretty damaged I'd by a salon brand.

Hair masks, and heated deep conditioners, hair oil treatments and a trim would do your hair well.

Bleached hair will never be fixed. The only way is to cut it off. The hair is already fried. You can try hot oil treatments to try to minimize the damage and use lots of conditioner on your ends.

Buy a good hair serum and when washing your hair don't brush it while it's wet. When this happened to my hair I was reluctant to get a haircut but I did and it was worth it. So try hair serum first and using lots of conditioners/treatments for dry hair. You should notice a difference.

You cannot reverse fried hair. It would be like trying to fix the tip of an already lit match. You need to trim it off. It will end up breaking off the more you try to style it.
