Figs & Rouge lip balm is amazeballs. I get mine from ASOS or Feel Unique for about $5 including shipping. I also like the Lush lip scrubs :) Hope that helps.

Stay away from Vaseline too - I find that always makes matters worse.

Smiths rosebud salve. $7 a tin, available at sephora. It's been around since the 1880s. It's great for lips, cuticles, any chapped or broken skin. I always have it on hand!

There's an article here that says that Aquaphor is a staple. http://www.beautylish.com/a/vcqcy/best-skincare-products

I agree with RIkki P. Please try out Jack Blacks lip balm , it has SPF 25, and feels soo good !!! the moisture last forever and you'll love it for sure.. [granted it is a men's line for skincare, who cares!! if it works it works, and normally men's skincare is cheaper than womens] also you should know athletes use this on the green when playing golf to protect their lips from the sun and free radicals . $7 a POP def worth a try!!!

* Laura Dont forget to exfoliate your lips before you apply the lip balm, use Tarte's Maracuja lip scrub treatment it's fantastastic!!!

Gentle brush your lips with warm water and a toothbrush to get rid of dead skin. And Rosebud is heaven sent!! Cheapest way to go.
