You want to change your actual eye color? Or do you have dark circles and want to minimize them? You cannot permanently change your eye color but there is a temporary solution...colored contacts. Undereye circles...a corrector first followed by concealer. :)

The best eye cream I ever used for dark circles is hylexin and I have used them all this one work well.

If we're talking dark circles, a peachy colored concealer works wonders. I like the Pixi Correction Concentrate or Benefit Erase Paste.

Put a chamomile tea bag on your eyes for 20 everyday followed by a slice of cucumber for 10 minutes, do this for a month and I guarantee you they will be gone.
