Has anyone tried juicing? Tomorrow is my first day at it, I plan to do it for ten days. Any suggestions?

I do it on occassion but not a regular basis because it can turn into a mess for me. I tend to throw caution to the wind and throw all kinds stuff in.lol. If your doing it to lose weight and have no plans on eating solid foods for those ten days just be well aware that when you do go back to eating solids you will gain the weight that was lost and then some because doing a juice diet puts the body in starvation mode because you are taking in less calories. I would start out gradually because it will be quite a shock for your body leaving solids alone cold turkey for ten days. When I make mine I use wheatgrass, pineapple, kiwi fruit, oranges, carrots, apples, spinach, and watermelon. And instead of throwing away the pulp I throw it right into my glass and consume that as well.

Or use the pulp to make a facial mask out of it..especially if including citrus based fruits like oranges, grapefruit and pineapple.
