Try getting acrylic nails? They're harder to bite through and it helped me kicked my nail bitting habit:) or put band aids on your finger tips, that works too!

If you can afford it get gel nails, actually you've gel not acrylics, because they're thick and beautiful and you don't want to bite through them. Also, dip your fingers in rubbing alcohol! They're taste really bad.

I stopped by limiting myself to one hand, then a one finger, then you'll want the short one to be long like the others so your grow out your nail

I was a nail picker for awhile. But I had short nails like that when I was 7. I am now 14 and my nails look like acrylics. Get them done to prevent the biting, or get anti nail biting nail polish

Paint you nails a really pretty color. Once that color starts to chip repaint all of you nails. You nails will be too pretty to bite. Also every morning put a bit of nail polish remover on a cotton swab and rib that on the tips of you fingers (not on your nails) That will make you fingers taste gross. This helped me stop biting my nails.

I have done the same. So just set apart a time maybe once a week or once every 2 wks and apply some nail care things to them. What I did to stop was paint my nails once a week because I didn't want to ruin the manicure!! Even if it's just a clear coat, it's still in your head don't mess us your mani!! Hope this helps girl ;)
Stay beautiful xoxox
