Helllooo,
I'm a virgin when it comes to make-up. So I was wondering if it is good if I use foundation for my circles under my eyes. I only use it there, you can't see I have foundation on but you my circles are less visible. So I was wondering if it is good to use foundation or if there is something better/more effective.

You can try that, but a cream based concealer might work better.

I def agree with Dana. try a concealer- good ones: Nars stick concealer or the new makeup forever waterproof concealer (this one is amazing!! even if you sweat it'll last forever!) :)
