Help on two toned lips.

The upper part of my lip has like a darker line and overall my upper lip is darker than my bottom one. How would I fix this when applying make up?

You can put foundation or concealer all over your lips while your putting it on your face.. Then start drawing in your lips with a lip liner and a lipstick.,
