Lowlights? So this is my first time going to get lowlights but I dot know what color. Any ideas? Please help.

Your hair color is pretty:)
You could get a caramel-brown sugar color to get a warm feel,like in this pic-

Or you could get darker ones,which will make your lowlights stand out.

Ericas suggestion is great any way go with what you feel confident with you keep pisting this so I think you need to pick something that looks good feels good and us cheap and easy.btw don't mess with your hair too much you are lucky you have blonde hair.
