I've purchased elf brushes and they lost half their bristles the first time I used then. I recently bought an eye brush set from sephora and returned it right away bc one of the brushes was too scratchy to use. After returning those I bought a set of real techniques eye brushes and they are pretty good. Soft, fluffy, and not too pricy.
