Lush has some good products and my forever favorite the body shop has some good ones. I don't have any specifics but I know those two places never let me down. The prices are alright but I'm not sure about the shipping price or policy.

Body shop moisturizers vary in pricing but they very often go on sale. I live in Canada and they vary from 6$-15$ Depending on what collection you choose from and if it's a limited scent or whatever. But they often go on sale as 3 for $15, 2 for $10, buy one get one half off, etc. if you look on the website it'll give you a better idea. I love the body lotions there but am allergic to Shea butter and unfortunately a good 90% of the products there have shea butter in them. But I've found a few that don't and I absolutely love them. :)
