Had eczema since I was a baby, finally got it under control, but now I have VERY noticeable scars the size of a playing card on either arm and small, circular scars, the size of quarters, all over my legs. I feel uncomfortable about them and would like to get rid of them. I have very sensitive skin and a lot of medications make my eczema flare up, creating more scaring.

Bio oil and vitamin E, however be careful what you put on your skin, it can clog your pores and make it even more irritated, try and a steroid cream, they're medicated and you can get them at any drugstore, they won't clog your pores and they'll help heal your skin(:

There is a cream called cortisone 10 (only avalible in the us...I live in Canada) put a fair amount on after you shower but do not rub it in all the way, let your skin soak it up, that should clear it quickly, but no not apply that regularly. After you get it under control, apply a basic moisturizer as much as you can. Just remember to let your skin soak it in. Another thing that REALLY helps is to use unscented soaps and shampoos, and make sure you dry quickly after showering. One thing that was recommended by my doctor was to shave your arms. If your arms are itchy, hair can really irritate them, just don't shave if you have scabs. Only after I started to do that did my eczema clear.
