My homecoming is next week. And I still don't have shoes or a dress!! Please help! where could I find a dress that isn't to over the top, and not crazy expensive. :) thanks!!

I actually go to a consignment shop! there are cute dresses that people only wear once! also jcpenney has cute ones, and there's delias!

If you have a Marshall's around you or even a Ross, go to one of those! I always find inexpensive dresses there.

Umm... Have you tryed online like kohls JCpennys, maybe Deb's but that store is expensiveish.
