I recently bought Maybelline eye studio gel eyeliner in brown, when I apply it, it appears to be dry! Should I wet my brush first before applying or is it suppose to be dry?! I'm a new b for gel-liners. Please help >\<

I wet my brush a tiny bit with the colour on the brush and mine comes out smooth and really easy to apply like that :)

You just wet the brush and after you use it you have to clean the brush so it doesn't get stiff :)

You may have gotten a dry jar. I'd return it and get another one.
