What is a good eye cream to use and also what is a eye cream used for?

Try the Boots Vitamin E eye cream. I have been using it recently and even though its quite cheap it is amazing. You can see a difference almost immediately. It helps lighten eye vags and smooths out the skin. 100% recommend it. Hope this helps. :)
