Maybe just wear mascara and layer it on because that's what I do with my blue eyes and they tend to pop.

So basically browns, golds, dark navy or midnight blue. Also, any color that has an orange tint like peach or bronze. Browns, peach, gold, and bronze would be natural looks. But if navy eyeshadow is too dramatic, you could always use a navy liner. :)
