I love elf with all of my heart its like 90 percent of all my makeup collection but I hated the shimmering facial whip in lilac petal. It felt like a weird second skin type when I used it so I wiped it off, but I did like it when I used a (VERY VERY VERY) tiny drop to mix with a dark lip color to brighten it. out of all, it's a 3/10,won't repurchase.
