I heard if you walk in them like on concrete floors it helps to get the slippery-ness off the shoe lol I've tried it and it actually works! ☺

Try spraying hairspray on the bottom. I used to be a cheerleader years ago and a lot of girls would spray their cheer shoes with hair spray and then put them on and scuff them on the floor before competitions to prevent slipping.
