Everytime I brush my hair a lot of my hairtips break is there anything I can do too stop this?? or should I cut the split ends?

Get it cut so it stops breaking off. Once it is damaged you can't just buy some amazing product that will glue the hair back together. You can only buy products that will maintain healthy hair or keep damaged hair from getting worse, nothing but cutting it will fix it.

Better trim your ends because they're weakened and use hydrating treatments afterwards like argan oil from pro naturals or coconut oil.
