Maybe you can apply bb cream after gym, no need for beauty blender... all you need is your fingers! : )

Try a cc cream maybe? The one from Clinique and the one from Smashbox are both the same coverage as a medium-coverage foundation, but it won't make you break out or be bad for your skin. You can apply it like you do face lotion so it'd take no time at all. :)
Or try milk of magnesia as a primer to absorb the excess oil and keep the skin on the matte/pretty dry side, which'll prevent the makeup sliding off as well as prevent sweat mixing with foundation (that's the main breakout reason). Hope this helpedb

I use a primer, and bb cream gives me zero coverage and I can never find my shade.

Yeah I don't like bb cream at all really. so I strongly suggest the cc cream it seriously has the coverage of foundation and will not break you out. The more expensive brands like Tarte, Clinique and Smashbox have a much wider shade range than drugstores.

Well I do ballet (hours of it no time to reapply makeup) and a we used a trick where once you finish doing your make close your eyes and take holding hairspray (not the one for sheen) hold it away from your face but it should still be able to reach your face and spray a little on.
