Thats not from h&m, try like ebay or amazon cause thats from like hong kong or japan (I have one its purple though) plus it dowsnt matter if you have boobs or not really...

I've seen those a lot like at target or maybe you local department store and I can't wear those kinds of dresses because my chest is to big so I don't think you need big boobs to be able to wear them.
