Current obsessions include Sugarpill, Urban Decay's holiday line, and butter London polishes. Butter is releasing these over coats that turn your polish holographic or mimics oil on water. So darn pretty, and I cannot wait for sparkle baby to come out! Vice 2 & black market will be mine!

Hi Marina...yes it does! that's exactly what I use it for. of course it takes a little while like most products but it definitely works! best of all it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all. I've tried other other products in the past that either didn't work at all or made my skin darker. this product has been great!
