Has anyone ordered from BeautyBay.com? It will be my first time ordering online and I'm worried something will go wrong. I've seen good and bad reviews please help :)

I havent ordered from there before, but I looked around and it looks pretty decent, maybe try and order something which doesn't cost too much money first and if everything goes well, order more :) hope it'll work out for you!
