BB cream is a must-have in my opinion. It's kind of like foundation, but very subtle and it works miracles. I've heard that Garnier is the best brand. Loreal is a good brand of mascara and with your skin time and hair color I'd suggest the blackest black. Those are just the everyday products I could think of that's pretty casual. Also, keep in mind that it may seem expensive the first time, but $8 for mascara is pharmacy average for the good kind. BB cream $5-8 and lipsticks $3-9 it really depends on where you're shopping for makeup. I suggested pharmacy items, but if you're going to go somewhere like Ulta or Sephora you can just ask the sales people and they'll be able to help.
