Brown eyes can wear just about any color in the spectrum...not just neutrals. You can go for purple, dark blue,teal,rose gold, coral,yellow gold,mauve,green,cranberry...

I thinks golds look really nice but you could definitely pull off bright blues, greens, and purples!

Gold eyeshadow brings out brown eyes (it brings out the gold in them)
my sister has dark brown eyes and hair, with fair skin and she uses a lot of neutral. mayne try a light pink, browns, light purple, and golds (not all at once of course lol)

Try this very light neutral eyeshadow with a colored liner for a pop of color!! Don't just stick to neutrals! Your eyes are brown so all neutral would just be borrrrring! Try a nice emerald green, teal blue or even a plummy or bright purple! Brown eyes are the easiest to use with color pops!!
