Wear whatever you like! I always wear moisturizer then foundation. then I shape my face with bronzer and blush. I put some mascara to define my eyes.

This is what I use:
revlon color stay or kat von d foundation
too faced chocolate bronzer
elf studio or kat von d everlasting blush
loreal luminous mascara
sometimes I use nyx glide on in tropical green or urban decay glide on in perversion black.

Make sure not to put too much shimmer right under the eyebrow a thin line with an eyeliner brush will work.
