Hey guys, I've heard people talking about DIY hair removal techniques like making shaving creams/hair removal creams/waxes with products in your kitchen! Can you tell me anything you know about this? X.

Equal parts honey and sugar and couple lemon drops, mix it on medium heat and it turns into wax. My family has been doing this for tens of years.

What sort of waxing strips do you use with it?

You don't use waxing strips. Its a thick and sticky consistency, you apply it wherever you would like then start peeling it off in sections. You have to make a type of back and forth motion when your peeling it off. It seems odd but it really works. The key is to not use it too hot, slightly warmer than room temperature is good.
Also, if you feel its too thick and not sticky enough apply couple more drops of lemon juice.

Also, when your peeling it off and doing a back and forth motion try to move fairly quickly.
Also before you wax make sure the area is clean and free of oils, I do it after I shower.
Its going to take getting used to but when you get used to it, its so painless and re-growth is like slim to none. I find my legs and arms are hair less longer when I wax this way than with regular wax
