You can use any way just make sure you only use a pea sized amount or less for your whole face :)

I don't use sponges or brushes when I apply bb cream ( even though I probably should haha ) using you fingers is fine haha :)

I warm my bob cream up in the back if my hand and apply it with a stippling brush. It gives me the airbrushed look and a lot more coverage :)
