Hike up the skirt a bit to tuck in the shirt. Or put on a brown waist belt, with matching colored brown sandals and gold jewelry.

Not at all! Terrible! Pair the top with a pair of dark skinny jeans and white shoes (converse with the red line to match). Pair the skirt with a black top, tank top maybe or like a silky see through blouse in black.
