Idk what it is in like the measurement everyone else in the world uses hahaha. Canada probs! But you can put as many liquids as you want in your suitcase that you're checking in! The only ones you have to check the liquids is your carry on.

Carry your only essentials
Makeup carry: 3 brushes!(blush, powder, eyeshadow), one neutral palette, a nice natural blush, powder (if you wear it), bb cream, and mascara!! Eyeliner you can but I would recommend liquid or pencil!!
Remember face wash, makeup remover and your moisturizer!!
When I went to NY I only brought my moisturizer, 1 cream eyeshadow and mascara...

For carry on the limit is 100ml or 3.4 fluid ounces. This includes liquids, gels and aerosols.
For checked luggage there is no limit.
