Okay, my face comes out all oily. I'm guessing its cause I only use Foundation. I use a Covergirl one. But I've heard finishing powder helps. Does it?

It does but you need to reply every so often. I have oily skin and have started using urban decays oil control spray and it makes an amazing difference!

Powder after foundation does help a lot! But I still find that you'll need to blot. Blotting is way better than reapplying more powder in my opinion, it'll make you look matte instead of cakey.

I use the wet n wild finishing powder after foundation on my temples (it gets shiny just there on me), and it works super well, keeps away until I remove.

There's plenty of good powders! Rimmel Stay Matte and Neutrogena Shine Control powder are both great affordable options.
