I get breakouts a few at a time! Anyone know anything that will reduce redness and inflammation and promote healing for individual spots? Also any other spot skincare products I can get in the uk that you would recommend? I think I have oily t zone as get blemishes/ spots on forehead and chin! Advice please girlys! X.

You can poke a hole in a gel cap like Tylenol Advil etc. and apply it into your spots. It really helps it go down dramatically.

ELF makes a product called Zit Eraser that works pretty well as long as you use it right from the start of a breakout. I think ELF is available in the UK, but if I'm wrong I'm sorry.
