Revlon Colorstay Plus Softflex For Combo/ Oily Skin

I want to buy a good foundation for the year and I have a few basic questions:
1.) How long does this foundation stay on?
2.) Is it matte or shiny?
3.) Does the powder keep you matte or shiny?
4.) Does it blend easily with your skin tone?

I used to use this but don't now.

1) I think it lasted on me most of the day.
2) Semi-matte, I'd say.
3) I've not used the Colorstay powder.
4) It blends well, but on me it oxidized. Their lightest shade wasn't (and isn't) light enough for my skin tone. You may not have trouble, though.

This is my go to foundation (minus soft flex, i dont think we have that in canada?)
1) It lasts most of the day with me.
2) doesnt seem to be shiny on me.
3) dont use color stay powder.. use MAC Skinfinish.
4)blends well (i apply then let it dry a little then go in with a flat top kabuki and blend then apply powder) I use one of the lightest shades and it doesnt oxidize on me.
