The second one is considered the best because more people buy that one...well that's what the store lady told me..she said in the fall and winter they hardly ever have the second because so many people choose that one over the first.

Honestly naked1 has more neutral colors than naked2. naked 2 is too shimmery. but if yoire someone just using it for scholl get naked1.

I love my naked 2 palette I wear it all the time and the colors are very easy to work with I think I could do without the first one.
