With my dry patches? Which would you recommend if it does?

They help but I would suggest exfoliating first to even out the patches and then do a moisturizer, then let that sink in and try primer :)

Laura mercier foundation primer gives you a very smooth, even surface if you've dry skin. I use the oil-free one for combi skin.
