I had. asked me about my problem, for how long it lasts, send me to do some tests, then told me what to do. now my skin looks much better, still have some problems, but it's a matter of time.

I have and I had a really positive experience; they don't make you feel uncomfortable about your skin anymore than any other doctors visit, and feeling confident in your skin is so worth it

Yes, I go back every 3 months and it was worth every cent. I didn't like my first one, so I just requested for another the next time I went and kept seeing him ever since. First timer nerves are normal of course, but they are professionals and have hundreds of patients a day so... He/she's definitely not out to make it a difficult one for you. They first ask why you are here, your current skincare regime, explanations on your skin's condition and his/her recommended solutions. It's best if you prepare a list of questions beforehand so you get the most out of your consult. :)
