I want to be something either really pretty and for teens or something edgy! Please help! I'm 13, and I am 5'6 any suggestions? Hair, makeup, and outfit? Please help!!

If you want to have some fun with a friend, last halloween my friend and I dressed up as little girls that got into their mommys makeup! it was so fun, we went to the thrift store and got some princess like dresses and used some of the makeup products that we hated and were cheap quality and just smudged it all over our faces. omg the funnest halloween I've ever had!🙈 c:
