If you want your makeup to be more noticeable try these:
- use a primer (UD primer potion)
- use darker eyeshadow
- use a white eyeshadow base (NYX Jumbo Eye pencil in "milk")

You could try a higher coverage foundation I have no.7 stay perfect its medium coverage. Try putting a little blush/bronzer on. And like shauna said use primer and eyeshadow.

I think you look beautiful as your are, but maybe learn to do winged liner fill in your brows slightly and maybe lightly contour and a lipstick close to your natural lip color :))

I think you look very pretty and your make up is just fine. but sometimes a lipstick is all you need to get the last "noticeable" touch :)

Your skin looks perfect so I wouldn't do anything about the foundation or concealer. I would suggest using a brown or black liner, maybe a volumizing mascara, or try a bold lip color.
