How should freelance makeup artist charge for out of state gigs... As far as traveling fees, plane tickets, hotels etc... How should all that be calculated in determining rates and pricing of everything!??

I think you should add up all the traveling expenses and then from there you decide how much your going to charge the client going by how much work the gig is and how much of a hassle the trip was. Discuss it with the client and see what their budget is and go from there.
