My nails are horrid! I need advice on how to bring them back to life. They are super thin, and scratchy looking since I was wearing acrylics for about 4 or 5 years. Its so sad :(
Help me ladies!

Moisturize, apply a good nail hardener and be sure to take your vitamins or skip the vitamins and eat healthy. you want the "scratchy" nails to grow out and the new nail to be strong n healthy n beautiful.
