Barely dye it, don't use shampoo a lot, and deep condition (: thats what I did so it works to barely touch it.

Oil your hair with almond, vitamin e, or morrican oil before you go to bed then wash with normal shampoo and conditong routine the next morning then

Johnson's baby shampoo!! Also before you start to grow your hair you have to get a trim to remove all the damaged ends, then your hair will look (and feel) a lot healthier and will grow a lot faster as well!!

I use pure coconut oil on my hair a few times a week and let it sit for 30 min and my hair is super long.
