Sorry Janey but I think a hot pink tank top under this shirt will look tacky and juvenile especially with a gold chain but a black or neutral colored tank top would look a lot more put together.

It would look cute with a dark grey tank top and a pair of dark jeans or colored jeans. And a simple pair of flats. I just wore a shirt like this last week. But mines was sleeveless. Oh and don't button up all the way only half.
