Depending if your hair grows back fast or slow, mine takes about 3 / 3 1/2 weeks for them to fully grow out

3 weeks isn't fast or slow, I know some people who's eyebrows grow back within a week and some who take forever

I overplucked by brows 3 and a half years ago and they still have barely grown. Eyelashes and brows take an insanely long time to grow.
