Put white eyeliner and concealer over your eybrows, then draw them on much higher and rounder like she has done.. Also wear white contacts to get the creepy eyes and make them look big and doll like!!

Also draw a black line underneath your bottom lash line and glue false lashes to the line, to make your eyes look HUGE. And put white liner above and on the bottom lashes to get rid of the black :)

Maybe clean up the lines a bit and add silver/gunmetal colors to the barbed wire to make it pop more. I also agree with the coving eyebrows thing which is really easy all you have to do is cover them really well with the purple elmers glue stick (it won't work with the regular one) let that dry then cover with concealer. I think drawing them on really harshly with red or purple or something would look good. super thin and angled. also the fake eyelashes would make you look very doll-like. try crazy long thick ones maybe in a fun color. and make your skin really white porcelain style. hope this helps!

Good job :) I think you should add fake eyelashes. Take a white eyeliner in your waterline and underneath your eye to make them look bigger and rounder (if that makes sense). Add eyelashes after.

I agree with the paler idea too!! White powder on top or white eyeshadow really helps keep it all in!

I agree with the Eyelashes and white eyeliner. Completley conceal your bottom lashes, and add lots of white eyeliner/white eye shadow, and either add fake lashes or draw them on with liquid liner. Also conceal your eyebrows with pale concealer and with either dark brown or black eyeliner pencil, draw them some sort of dramatic shape. I'm not sure the type of doll look you're going for, like spooky or Tim Burton esque?? But eyebrows can completely transform a face, so they're key in make up such as this when you're playing a character :) Also, to make it even more spooky, I'd contour!! lots of contouring!! Mix a gray and taupe color eye shadow and take a powder brush and make dark circles all around your eyes, this will give the illusion that your eyes are sunken into your head. (Which looks very spooky!) Have you seen Emma Pickles on you tube before?? She has a creepy doll make up tutorial and I think it would be very helpful to you :)
