Eh... It looks to clean by the wounds... Maybe try making it abit bloodier not around the wounds but By the wounds...

I agree with lily, maybe look up a fake blood recipe to really gross people out! :D if ypu haven't heard of this youtube channel already, look up goldiestarling. She had a special fx series a few months back and I always tried to replicate what she does! she has a great at-home fake blood recipe, check her out!
