Does your eye color really affect what eyeshadow colors you can wear? I understand some tones of green suit a person with say, blue eyes more than other tones of green would, but like...does anybody really let their eye color stop them from wearing certain colors?! It doesn't even cross my mind when I'm doing my makeup lol.

Well said Jaq. I use a coppery red or warm red purple bring out the green in my hazel eyes. It works.

No and yes. I will wear "fashion" colors for fun and obviously don't give a thought to how it compliments my eye color BUT if I'm going for a more natural or classic beauty look I do go for complimentary shades to help make my eyes pop.
