So this is my final Dorothy look (Halloween) but I'm open to suggestions and opinions. :)
And I'm only wearing lipstick but if you think I should add something, feel free to tell me. And of course my hair will be neater and the ends will be curled. Also I'll have cute little bows to match my dress. :)
