Hey everyone, I don't know how many eye lid primers I have used or tried in the last year but I finally found out for the job! If you OILY lid like me the BEST and I mean the BEST eyeshadow base is from NARS!! Nothing else made my shadow stay all day and then I found her! Lol thanks NARS!
